On behalf of our client, a globally renowned company with international presence, we are looking for a motivated fluent German-speaking (C1) IT Supporter for a contracting position in Baden.
Main tasks:
- Different administrative tasks in Information Servicees (IS) Infrastructure
- Support and Management of End Of Life replacement administration
- IS Infra coordination/location support for two departements
- Ordering and Installation Support
- Consulting
- Manage Tickets
- Supports in room and network questions
- Ticket tracking and escalation
- Create status reports of different projects and activities
- Coordination and tracking of orders
- The successful candidate will apply broad IS technology knowledge and expertise to any IS activity within all IS process domains, especially within BUILD and RUN to support global business needs and help solving difficult topics.
- He/She is capable to work independently.
- On assignment and request he/she identifies, proposes, advises and implements existing IS technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge.
- Guiding others on implementation and operation, using understanding of existing technology and business requirements.
Requirements:
- IS background (education)
- Many years of experience in same role
- Administrative flair
- Team player
- Flexibility, process understanding, the broadest possible IT experience, open to new ideas
- Fluent in German and English (both at least B2/C1)
