Scrum Master / Agile Coach Junior vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally with participation in a coaching program such as coactive coaching
- Practice with Scrum and Software Development with regular open source contributions
- Capability to coach technical practices and good understanding of the financial services domain
- Ability to facilitate large group discussions and events such as Open Space and World Café sessions
- Enthusiastic about open communication culture along with familiarity in resolving and dealing with conflicts
- Languages: English fluent in written and spoken, additional languages advantageous
Your tasks:
- Supporting and coaching your team to improve engineering skills including refactoring, test automation, TDD and continuous delivery
- Training the Product Owner to maximize value delivery
- Collaborating with the Scrum team, migration architect and reconciliation lead as well as with IT partners and business owners on the topic of the overall Program
- Engaging with department heads to practically advance the organisation while ensuring the objective of perfection
- Promoting Scrum adoption and driving the organisation to be more flexible and value focused by collaborating with other Scrum Masters in the area
- Fostering a culture of collaboration by taking responsibility for bringing teams closer to customers and end-users
