Beschreibung

Administrative Expert Pharma vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 2+ years of experience as professional assistant in various divisions and departments
  • Background in administration, office management and project management, ideally in international environments
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office and preferably database and data maintenance knowledge
  • Affinity for accounting with outstanding organisational talent and communication skills
  • Familiarity with working independently, effectively and proactively
  • Commercial training or equivalent vocational qualification
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Handling general administrative tasks and maintaining administrative processes including organising logistics of meetings, preparing meeting materials, researching and booking travel arrangements
  • Fostering an open communication environment within the administrative team in the digital office and deputising executive assistants if necessary
  • Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding process of team members
  • Assisting team members with the preparation of meetings
  • Providing a point of contact to external advisors regarding all administrative matters and acting as professional partner to people within and outside the department
