Identity & Access Governance Manager vacancy for our globally operating Vaud based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- At least 5 + years' experience in Identity and Access Management
- Experience in Global or international markets strongly preferred
- Outstanding IS/IT leadership skills and familiarity with IAM best practices
- Proven track record in delivering similar projects with an international scope
- Capability to work both in detail and at a conceptual level
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT or equivalent certification
- Languages: English and French, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Defining IAM policies, standards, processes; leading their adoption across the organization and marking out roadmaps to deliver on the IAM strategy
- Evaluating and proposing technologies to protect identities and accesses
- Ensuring delivery and operation of Best in Class IAM solutions at the lowest TCO for a given service level, ensured through periodic external benchmarking
- Creating and defining organizational model for user admin activities and being the service delivery manager for user admin activities
- Acting as the subject matter expert for everything related to identity and access management for example Account Lifecycle Management, recertification's campaigns, multi-factor authentication, conditional access and single sign-on
