Backbase UI Developer (Angular, TypeScript) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years of experience with Backbase is a must
- Several years of working expertise with Angular and Spring Boot as well as ES6 and TypeScript along with practical knowledge and experience with SASS, Flexbox and Grid
- Great understanding of UX design with experience in UI rendering in desktop and handheld devices
- Proficiency in UI Technologies like HTML5, REST services and SVG paired with know-how of TDD and BDD
- Expertise with Observables using RxJS, Redux pattern through use of Redux or NgRx, DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, cloud and containerization technologies is advantageous
- Understanding of financial products, time series and risk management principles is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills with a proactive approach to execute the tasks independently as well as in collaboration with other teams
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Implementing Web GUIs in Backbase in collaboration with developers, requirements engineers, delivery project managers and business experts
- Feeding continuous iterations of the product into a State of the art User Experience Lab through which key requirements are validated, discovered and iteratively refined
- Collecting and analysing requirements, preparing technical documentations
- Participating in design discussions, reviews and daily standup meetings
- Implement complex forms with the goal of creating a dynamic solution using the full capability of the model tool
