Beschreibung

Administrative Assistant vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Working experience as an administrative assistant, possibly with a focus on technical tasks
  • Expertise with collaborative platforms like SharePoint, virtual collaboration tools including WebEx
  • Outstanding MS Office skills focusing on Word and Excel
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
  • A-Levels, a 2-year secretarial diploma or a similar education is necessary
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Managing information regarding collaborations among other companies, research, intranet and internet
  • Organising physical or virtual internal and external meetings, collating and processing documents for and taking minutes in various meetings
  • Preparing invoices, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents using internally available technologies
  • Coordinating, processing and formatting publication services; filing and retrieving corporate documents and reports
  • Handling sensitive and confidential business matters, assisting with department and company-wide projects
