Beschreibung
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead all test activities in the context of further developing a large international wealth management platform (with mostly internally developed applications)
- Lead a team of 10 test engineers supporting 10 agile development teams working on various initiatives
- Stakeholder management
- Plan releases end to end and coordinate the release plan execution
- Develop a sustainable and successful test strategy and implement it
- Continuous improvement of the test set-up and all testing-related processes
- Ensure an efficient test coverage (test cases, test data, test approach)
- Coach the test engineers
REQUIREMENTS
- Several years of experience in software testing
- Experience in a test lead role
- Extensive knowledge of test processes and methodologies
- Release management experience.
- Experience in the financial industry
- Fluent in English
