For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Lead Test Manager - Release Mgmt. / Multi-Tier Applications
This role requires in-depth expertise in the field of testing and also a personality to motivate and lead the team in order to facilitate the plans. Stakeholder management is also important to make sure everybody is on board with the proposed changes.
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in software testing where of at least 2 years in a leading role within the financial industry
- Release management experience, project management experience is an asset
- Extensive knowledge about test processes/methodologies
- Knowledge about advisory processes, financial products, and portfolio management is a big plus
- Experience in test automation and test automation frameworks desired
- Leader personality and a talent for organization and structuring of tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead all test activities in the ongoing releases
- Organize and plan releases end to end, coordinate the release plan execution
- Continuous improvement of all testing related processes
- Develop a sustainable and successful test strategy and implement it
- Coach the test engineers
- Ensure an efficient test coverage (test cases, test data, test approach)
