Main tasks:
- Management of information (meetings, publications, research, intranet, internet)
- Coordination of internal and external meetings (both physical and virtual)
- Coordination of publication services (process, formatting)
- Participation in department- and company-wide projects
Main qualifications
- Secretarial diploma or equivalent
- Relevant administrative experience desirable, preferably with a focus on technical tasks
- Experience with collaborative platforms (SharePoint) and virtual collaboration tools (WebEx) desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Advanced business English, both written and oral
- Proven organisation skills and strong ability to cope with pressure
