Your profile:
Many years of experience (3 - 4 years) in operating VoIP platforms, especially Broadworks environments and their Servers such as AS, NS, MS, XSP, PS, WRS, NFM, UMS, USS, UVS as well as the clients UC-One Connect (Ehm. BTBC) and ReceptionistGood knowledge of ITSM, Orion, Icinga2, OpsGenie
Great routine in the field of OCOM monitoring
Requested certification: "BroadWorks Certified Network Engineer", "Broadsoft Platform Administrator Program BCPA", "Broadsoft Principles of Troubleshooting PoT" or similar
Your responsibilities:
Ensuring the daily business in the area of the Broadworks platforms of MMVAS (residential customers), HET & EAPP (SME customers)
Processing of incident tickets in the ITSM tool
Locate and contain faults, initiate evasive and/or escalation procedures, if necessary, trigger recovery, restart and restore procedures
Controls and monitors system utilization (including tuning and performance measures)
Dispatching of the mailbox (read, reply forward)
Processing of 3rd level incidents
Capturing and tracking Broadsoft cases (describing and creating support cases directly at the supplier (Cisco Broadsoft)
