Objective:To support the upgrade of an application which is dedicated to, Production Planning, capacity management and distribution to Healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the elicitation, definition, prioritisation and validation of User Stories, requirements and design of business processes to meet the needs of the organisation
• Defining and driving ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes
• Managing the development of User Stories in collaboration with the Global Business User Leader and Process/ Data Key Users
• Managing the development of detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and System Functional Specifications
• Coordinate the development of non-functional technical specifications in collaboration with relevant CSV specialists to ensure specific requirements are clearly communicated in technical terms for submission to system development project team.
• Reviewing and revising documentation in light of any new or changing information, including implications for project time, cost, quality and risk
• Understand and adhere to the methodologies and processes in relation to project delivery

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst across the enterprise stack in a highly regulated environment
• Significant Experience in the life sciences industry, preferably Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing planning and tracking.
• Significant Experience in the development of User Stories, detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and System Functional and Non-Functional Specifications
• MUST: Agile Experience
• DESIRABLE: Experience in UI, UX design
• HIGHLY DESIRABLE: CSV and software development experience
• DESIRABLE: Experience in Microsoft D365
• Master in Business or Computer Science desirable
