Senior Multi-Project Manager R&D for Medical Technology (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Building teams and making sure they deliver exceptional results for the development of laboratory devices
- Request and enforce a consistent and common understandable scope as primary input for the project
- Responsibility to plan, allocate and manage budgets, as well as meet deadlines
- Ensure that all project activities are executed in full compliance with the internal and external standards
- Select project members in agreement with Program Leader and providing functions
- Implement a plan to communicate with project team, line management and stakeholders
- Accountability for Project Leadership, Scope Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, HR Management, Communications Management and Risk Management
Main qualifications
- Completed Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar field of study (Medical Technology)
- Extensive expertise in the field of project management
- Previous experience working for a global medical device company or comparable regulated industries
- Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2)
- Proven track record in R&D functions is a must-have
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills on Lifecycle leader, program leader & project team level
- Excellent communication skills in English required (German is a plus)
