Writer - Technical - Level II vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Work experience in writing technical and process documentation
- Practice with IT processes such as ITIL, ideally with knowledge of processes and tools such as SNOW
- Exposure to technical IT infrastructure and hosting tools such as Backup, Nutanix, and ESX
- Ability to lead investigation and interview sessions with technical experts
- Profound background with access management tools such as AD, PAM and APS is a plus
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Updating the existing life cycle documentation for infrastructure hosting and support teams
- Ensuring documentation is in line with company standards
- Creating new life cycle documentation, if necessary
- Producing and updating SOM, SOP and Instructions documents
