IT Supporter (m/f/d)Are you an experienced IT Supporter (m/f/d) looking for a new project? Our client, a large pharmaceuticals company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity as IT Supporter with 2nd and 3rd Level Support experience (m/f/d).
You should be willing to work as an Field Engineer who focus on Infrastructure Maintenance and Development.
Your role as IT Supporter (m/f/d)
- Overall L2/L3 support for infrastructure systems in a regulated environment (including coordination with 3rd party vendors)
- Periodical maintenance of systems
- Support documentation
- Incident management (including coordination between various global JJT teams)
- Change management
- Maintenance contract management
Required skills
- Proven track of record in Infrastructure Maintenance and Development
- Ability to show dynamism in a collaborative environment
- coach younger colleagues
- Stakeholder Management
- work experience in a Regulated Manufacturing Environment
- Languages: German + English, ideally also French

- location: Solothurn (Zuchwil, Oberdorf, Selzach) + Neuchâtel as a back-up for colleagues in case of absences
