Network Operations Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incident Management / ticket resolution for the Networks and Data Centre team
- Processing Change Management requests
- Network troubleshooting and fault analysis
- Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools
- Provide call support as part of the wider team
Main qualifications
- Experience with network devices (routers, switches, load balancers) and knowledge of network routing protocols
- Good knowledge of Palo Alto firewall policies
- Knowledge of Cisco UC, including jabber and Webex
- Familiar with working in a data centre environment
- Knowledge of fibre and DWDM systems
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios preferred)
- Familiar with ITIL-based processes and ServiceNow or other related ticketing tools
- Fluency in English
