Responsibilities- Be the Subject Matter Expert for a HR business solution on Workday HCM
- Responsible for the technical HR Hotline
- Responsible for the technical SME's of the solution
- Provide professional HR services with high customer service orientation
- Analyse data discrepancies and improve the data quality
- Be able to troubleshoot any issues around the Workday HCM solution
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Workday HCM, especially in the modules "Workday Recruiting" and "Workday Learning"
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project
- Experience in analysing data and improve data quality
- Be able to select and judge relevant information
- Fluent in German and English
