• Duration: 12 months (with extension option)
• Start date: 01.11.20
• Level: Senior
Tasks:
• Leading the project to achieve the project results and the procedural goals (time, cost, quality) of the project
• Economic and sustainable use of funds and resources
• Management of the reporting system and comprehensive, regular and situational information for project management, so that it can perform its management and decision-making tasks
• Leading the stakeholder management and ensuring the involvement of the entitled stakeholders
• Management of quality and risk management
• Timely involvement of the responsible controlling and specification bodies so that their legitimate requirements are met
• Compliance with the set guidelines/guidelines and specifications
• Regulate the methods, practices and tools to be used in the project in addition to HERMES and ensure their application (if not specified)
• Execution of procurement in compliance with the specifications
• Execution of the decision tasks
Competencies:
• Competence with regard to the use of the resources released for the phase
• Decision-making authority within the framework defined with the client
• Authority to issue orders
• In consultation with the client, divide the project into sub-projects, appoint sub-project managers and delegate management tasks

Must have criteria:
• Language skills German: C1 Level
• Language skills French: B1 Level
• Closure: university, university of applied sciences, higher technical college
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of Project Management
• HERMES Certification
