NextLink are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a bilingual (German & English) Junior GMP Associate for their Basel, Switzerland offices on an initial one-year contract.
Tasks
• Master data structure, support, and migration of the training system for the departments including creation and storage of training certificates
• Archiving of project-related and GMP data
• Support for the archive service
• Support for the GMP coordinators
• Back office for audits and inspections
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs in cooperation with the departments
• Support for handling stability and reset samples (SOPs)
• Support and update of training
requirements • Preparation and management of training for employees in the GMP environment
• Assistance in the creation and review of regulations
• Provision and evaluation of key data for the department
• No analysis, no laboratory, no operation, no operational side.
Must Haves:
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in the chemical / pharmaceutical GMP environment
• Completed training / Bachelor with reference to the chemical / pharmaceutical GMP environment or several years of experience with comparable tasks
• Experience in the area of archiving / Data migration & conscientious data management
• Experience in data management with Excel / Gsuite / TrackWise
• Very good knowledge of German & English (Some knowledge of French would be a bonus)
• Reliable and careful way of working in a GMP-compliant environment
• Interest in technical or analytical questions
