General Information:
Job Title: IT System Administrator
Location: Switzerland, Kaiseraugst
Duration: 5 month contract(possible extension)
Language :Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken) + Business speaks German
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain industrial IT components.
provide day to day on-call support for our customers
• Install and maintain the required infrastructure (virtual machines, physical server, clients)
• 1st and 2nd Level Support for industrial informatics systems
• Support for projects
• Once onboard on-call support (Pikett)
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Process Automation and Suppliers
Must Haves:
• 2-3 years of experience in Process Automation and Automation Infrastructure in a similar environment (****)
• Strong technical skills in different operating systems (Windows 7 / Windows 10) (****)
• Experience with VMWare / Citrix / VDI (****)
• Previous experience in system installation and maintenance of operation systems, hardware and peripheral devices e.g. bar code scanner, printer etc. (****)
• Experience in specifying, configuration, testing and documenting of systems and applications (****)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• German-speaking (is mandatory)
• Degree in Informatics or Engineering
• Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
• Good communication skills
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to haves:
• Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
• Project Experience
• Former Pharma Experience
