Main tasks:
- Supporting the External Supply & Plasma Innovations in the integration and transformation to a new operating model
- Responsible for the Principal manufacturing cost accounting and controlling for one or more of the OpU’s EU manufacturing sites.
- Month-end close tasks include posting accruals, provisions, adjustments related to cost account-ing, manufacturing variations and inventory related to the External Supply & Plasma Innovations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with External Supply & Plasma Innovations members, Accounting/Controlling teams for monthly reporting requirements and other projects, integration.
- Monitor and control system transactions related to work order entries and post Journal Entries for Month-end Close as needed.
- Analyzing and processing the provision entries and releases.
- Ensure accurate financial accounting and controlling of manufacturing variations and other operational expenses according to corporate financial policies.
- Comply with legal, SOX and internal requirements for reporting and documenting provisions
- Maintain effective relationships with the External Supply & Plasma Innovations and Accounting/Controlling team.
- Support the annual Product Costing process as it relates to the External Supply & Plasma Innovation in scope of the role.
- Support integration projects, system implementations, process improvement initiatives and the transformation to a new operating model.
Main qualifications
- Experience in Manufacturing
- Profound industry experience
- SAP/ORACLE /BLACKLINE
- English language a must
- Able to work independently
- Support sites abroad
