We are supporting the IT-organization and IT-projects of our customers with qualified personnel, at the right time and with the appropriate amount of skilled resources.For one of our customers, a major pharmaceutical company, we are urgently looking for an experienced:
Project Quality Manager - Professional

Main tasks:
- Support the Programme Quality Manager (PQM) in daily programme tasks.
- Good familiarity with IT Infrastructure Qualification requirements in a pharmaceutical
regulated environment
- Perform quality reviews and approvals of programme deliverable documents, to ensure
adherence to programme Quality Plans and IT Quality and Compliance standards
- Coordinate and provide major quality input to the regular quality checkpoint process for
infrastructure migrations (this is a significant part of the role).
- Develop and maintain programme document templates.
- Coach team members in methods to ensure adherence to the programme Quality Plans
- Ensure that team members correctly and consistently follow divisional and programme
documentation standards.
- Attend routine programme team meetings wherever a QM input may be required.
- Raise exceptions and deviations where necessary, in accordance with divisional
standards.
- Support requests from business application owners to provide infrastructure qualification
evidence (This will require liaison with vendors and datacentre management)
- Support regular reviews of the programme Risk Register
- Support regular reviews of the programme Issues Register
- Support regular reviews of the Programme Training Matrix
- Where necessary, create or contribute to the development of programme-specific
process definition documents.
- Provide advice and support to business unit quality managers during their preparation of
local deliverables related to the programme.
- Monitor programme activities for adherence to Information Security requirements
Excellent knowledge of quality management tools and testing are required.
