Business System Analyst Learning IT Team - Agile principles, ITSM, Stakeholder management, delivery end to endRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Business System Analyst Learning IT Team - to work with eRoster team to identify business needs, define solutions and drive the delivery of IT services to business end to end. eRoster is a Pharma custom build application which adds missing functionality to Cornerstone, integrated through CSOD APIs. eRoster allows for paperless documentation of classroom training in validated environments where learners can swipe their badge to confirm their participation. The tool went live in Sep-2019 has been stabilized, is in growth phase with an increase in functionality / continuous improvement of the tool and roll-in of additional organizations.
The eRoster team is part of the learning IT team at customer which defines, implements and operates the IT tools, systems and services which Group IT provides globally to support learning.
Collaborate globally closely with client's business partners in HR and in the business (e.g. manufacturing, development, quality) and the shared service center for learning. The perfect candidate is an experience Business Analyst with a proven background working in a regulated environment in an interface position between IT and Business. He/she is a very self-starting personality and able to pro-actively interact with all Stakeholders in different functions.
Areas of responsibility:
- Work with business to understand their needs and opportunities for the eRoster tools
- Support the definition of sprints / backlog grooming
- Ensure analysis of process and requirements with the aim to identify value and true business needs
- Definition of solutions and drive the delivery of the solution end to end with our partners in
business
- Ensure that the tool remains validated, under strict change control and is well tested and
documented and always defendable in an audit or inspection
Professional and technical requirements:
- About 5 years' experience of working as a Business System Analyst in a regulated environment
- Proven Expert in change management in validated environments, ITSM knowledge
- Experience working in line with Agile principles in a global matrix organization
- Experience with Testing, system lifecycle documentation, project methodology (PMM), ensure audit readiness, validation
- Analytical capabilities for business process, business case, thinking out of the box, bring innovative solutions, ability to challenge and consult the business, technical knowledge in the areas of learning, particular Cornerstone
- Ability to drive complex changes end to end, drive and oversee the delivery end to end, project
management skills, coordination skills
- Stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills taking the audience in mind (in English)
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
