We looking for someone who is really strong in R Studio administration, troubleshooting and also has good knowledge of R-Shiny.
This is a full remote role and can be managed from any European location.
RSTudio/RShiny admin role will work with end users of a cross-organizational platform that combines infrastructure, systems and processes designed to enhance ability in the preparation of clinical trials and in the analysis of clinical study results.
Technical Skill Requirement:
- R Admin knowledgeable in Python programming having following skills
- Linux administration skills
- Grid computing experience (SLURM) is highly preferred
- Redhat Admin packaging is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Graphic Gallery is preferred
- Exposure and knowledge of EasyBuild - Build and deploy tool is preferred
- Exposure to Openshift and Kubernetes platform is desired.
- GITLab knowledge is required
- Understanding of Prometheus is desired
- Should be self starter with excellent client management skills
- Pharma experience desirable but not critical.
