Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Duration: 12 MM+
Main tasks:
- Support with prices set up across the markets
- Deal with reoccurring interface error-resolution as well as maintaining interface error KPIs
- Produce ad-hoc reports requested by the team or stakeholders
- Temperature read out checks and creation of eventual needed deviations in the system
- Issuance of Credit and Debit notes
- Management of Samples and Marketing Materials Shipments across the region out of the Central Warehouse
- Partners' invoices review for submission to management
- Support the team in the compiling of the monthly OTIF report
- Identify and troubleshoot technical/operational problems, and work with manager to understand and implement solutions
- Meet with supervisor for guidance on issues and on prioritization
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Related Education or Fachhochschule (Supply Chain/Export Expert/Logistikfachmann/Exportfachmann)
- Previous supply chain experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong team player (ability to direct and participate in cross functional and management teams)
- Ability to work independently on routine and new assignments, under general supervision for new assignments
