We are looking for a Digital Program Lead (Services) for our customer, a large pharmaceutical company in Basel.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a DEx Services Team, Digital Program Lead
* Contribution to overarching digital strategy for two strategic global programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Provide relevant multi-channel and customer-centric digital insights and research as required to inform core activities and experimentation recommendations, develop related business cases and advocate to stakeholders
* Deliver the Analytics capability to assigned programs, and guide action from stakeholders to optimise the global programs
* Lead Agency UX/UI development for global platforms; ensuring required input from key stakeholders and customers to ensure an optimum experience
* Identification of synergies cross-digital platforms (regarding process development, technology requirements) Ensure operational procedures being defined, monitored and evaluated against external service provision
Must haves:
* A bachelor degree; advanced degree or certification in digital marketing / marketing.
* Over 5 years of digital marketing and relationship marketing experience.
* Experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical company .
* Excellent English/communication skills.
* Strong project management skills .
