Your tasks- Coordination of all business stakeholder in particular front, legal, finance and pricing
- Positioning of wealth planning services throughout the bank to ensure they are properly addressed and represented in strategic projects
- Conception, prototyping and implementation of new operating and business models as well as implementation of processes and new digital possibilities to optimize the digitalized customer experience
- Coordination and implementation of projects, as well as coaching and support of stakeholders throughout all project phases
- Conceptual work and providing presentations and documents for all phases of the project
Must have competences
- Experienced project manager in the financial industry / banking
- In-depth consulting expertise in all areas of wealth planning, incl. financial & pension planning, succession, retirement, etc. (good combination of Project Management/PMO and IT)
- Business analysis experience and communication of a solution proposal sufficiently to business stakeholders
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German
- Need to be up and running in no time
- Good communication skills, familiar in communication with management on all levels
