Beschreibung

Our client, a international bank, is looking for a project manager for a long-term project, who can also perform tasks as PMO. This position is divided into two parts and requires a communicative, proactive and structured personality. An extension of the contract to 2021 is very likely.

Tasks

  • 50 % of the position in Wealth Planning

    • Coordination of all business stakeholder in particular front, legal, finance and pricing

    • Position wealth planning services throughout the bank and ensure they are properly addressed and represented in strategic projects

    • Conception, prototyping and implementation of new operating and business models as well as implementation of processes and new digital possibilities to optimize the digitalized customer experience

    • Coordination and implementation of projects, as well as coaching and support of stakeholders throughout all project phases

    • Conceptual work and providing presentations and documents for all phases of the project

    • In-depth consulting in all areas of wealth planning, incl. financial & pension planning, succession, retirement, etc.



  • 50 % of the position in the Discovery

    • Project Management (planning, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, budgeting etc.)

    • Elaboration of the business requirements for the further development of the Discovery tool

    • Support conceptual work and providing presentations and documents

    • Support in planning, monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages

    • Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes

    • Support coordination of stakeholders




Requirements


  • Experience als Project Manager as well as PMO in the IT field

  • Business analysis experience and communication of a solution proposal sufficiently to business stakeholders

  • Professional experience ideally in consulting or a business development role with focus on conceptual tasks

  • Experienced in the financial industry / banking

  • Ability to provide a Management adequate level of presentations, documents

  • Good communication skills, familiar in communication with management on all levels

  • Very good command of written and spoken English and German
