IT Desktop Support Analyst User Service (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Working with the given ticket tool Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools
  • Progressing of Incident and Request Management tickets according to process
  • Progressing Asset Management updates according to process
  • Participation in IT Welcome Zone Shifts
  • Implementation and coordination of hardware, software, network component installations
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, operational manuals, user guides and checklists
  • Follow-up on hardware, software, network problems and initiation of the corrective actions and escalation procedures
  • Performing short training- / consultancy sessions for up to 20 end users
  • Contribution in Continuous Improvement processes
  • Represent Digital Workplace Services in Project Status meetings


Main qualifications
  • Profound experience working in a similar position in a global matrix organization in a regulated environment
  • Advanced know-how of the Google gSuite and Windows 10 in an Active Directory Environment (know-how in gSuite will be tested during the interview) 
  • Experience with and understanding of other technology domains, methods, etc. and their interactions
  • Apple iOS / MAC know-how, experience with Mobile Device Management 
  • ITIL Foundation (v2 or higher) 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German with good presentation skills
  • French language skills are an advantage
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Customer friendliness and good communication, eager to learn & develop
  • Teamwork skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (beneficial)
  • Experience with ServiceNow (Ticketing System) (beneficial)
  • Experience in Project Management (beneficial)
  • Experience as IT Trainer (beneficial)
