Beschreibung

We support our client, an international bank in Zurich, in the search for a  Head IT Service Management (f/m).



Tasks:

  • Vendor management of all external providers in the BSI area. 

  • Continuous improvement of Business Support Infrastructure (via projects and change requests). 

  • Application management related to Bank’s webpage, HR systems, etc.,. 

  • Responsibility for IT infrastructure related operations incl. end-user workstations, network, file servers. 

  • Management 1 Level Support and orchestration of 2 and 3 level support performed by the outsourcing partners. 

  • Management of advanced communication infrastructure incl. Video conferencing. 

  • Process Management of the Information Security Committee. 

  • Align IT directives, guidelines and process workflows to the outsourcing introduced in the BSI area. 

  • Manage the Banks BCM setup and processes including documentation Ongoing IT security operations and monitoring. 

  • Support the CTO in the Project Portfolio Steering process.


Requirements:


  • Min. 5 years experience in a similar position within the financial service industry; experience with AVALOQ is a plus. 

  • Min. 3 years hands-on experience with vendor management in a leading position.

  • ITSM certification.

  • Proven skills in formal documentation (in English).

  • Very good language skills in German and English.
