Looking for a Project & Data Manager located in Zug for a Major Pharmaceutical companyResponsibilities
* Support development of master project plan and ensure team alignment and ownership of plan
* Ensure that all tasks defined in the master project plan are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
* Ensure and assist on resource availability and allocation
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
* Ensure team and stakeholder alignment with any changes as described above
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Delegate and follow up on measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring deliverables and budget targets are fully met
* Coordinate and manage data documents version control
* Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
* Formulate management techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
* Develop and execute data sampling protocols to ensure data validity
* Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
* Regularly monitor and evaluate information that could affect analytical results
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
* 3-5 years of project management and related experience
* Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
* Proven working experience in project management, seeing projects through the full life cycle
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Expertise in the use of Excel
