Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support Process Management, IT and the system implementation partner in the
implementation of Analytics and Reporting for Procurement Globally, across all
sub-processes and functions, including operational and strategic reporting.
Support stakeholder management and engage performance management,
reporting and analytic teams to ensure the solution meets business
expectations and requirements during all releases of the Global Template
design, build and test.
Analyze procurement business requirements including alignments with
IT/implementation partners regarding best practices and technical feasibility/fit-to-standard assessment.
Support implementation of requirements gathered during Design/Build phase
within A&R Procurement streams.
Identify and resolve/escalate risks, issues and make decisions related to the
Solutions.
Review, validate and enhance when required, functional documentation
Drive cross workstream, end-to-end and cross process alignments
Support and Develop Procurement Management reporting as a further release
of the Global Template and incorporating affiliates needs where required
Assessment and definition of transition from the existing to the new
processes/systems will be a key part in the role as this program is long term
endeavour.
The role is part of the functional Procurement workstream but will also contribute to key deliverables of the horizontal (enterprise) reporting workstream of the program
Must Haves
Good understanding of procurement processes, global solutions and systems
Integration (*****)
Managing the engagement of Stakeholders and senior management
Understanding of A&R for Procurement and A&R SAP Tools (S/4 HANA, S/4
HANA Embedded Analytics, SAC, BW/4, HANA Native) (*****)
Understanding of Procurement cloud solutions (*****)
Strong adaptability mindset to support a dynamic environment of constant
priority changes
Open-minded and flexibility, with the ability to do hands-on work in order to accomplish the deliverables and deadlines
Constantly looking for improvements in ways of working (Process/tools /organization)
Fluent in English orally and in writing (*****)
Excellent analytical and communication skills allowing to engage with business
partners and understand their needs
Knowledge on non-SAP BI tools is a plus
Previous experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst with strong IT
hands-on background; Experience in working in Scrum/Agile projects is an asset
Some flexibility to travel may be required
