SOC Analyst - QRadar / SIEM - vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Experience as SOC Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience in the field of cyber security operations
- Working knowledge of SIEM, preferably IBM QRadar
- Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell or Python is a plus
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting with automation of SOC tasks
- Providing SOC Tier 1 and 2 analysis work along with handling alerts, triage of cases and incidents inside the cyber security operations team
- Developing and creating cybersecurity analytics plus signatures to detect adversary tactics and methods
- Supporting and enhancing event parsing, log collection, storage, automation and monitoring
