NextLink Solution, a Swiss IT Consultancy Company that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 years, has an excellent opportunity that can take your career to the next level. We are looking for a Supplier Enablement Coordinator (IT) to work for one of our global pharmaceutical clients based in Switzerland for a 6 month contract(possible extension).

Job title: Supplier Enablement Coordinator (IT)
Location: Switzerland, Kaiseraugst
Duration: 6 months contract (possible extension)
Start date: 6th July 2020
Workload: 100% Onsite

Tasks:

Define copy for user navigation, learning, on-boarding, error messages, and other components of the end-to-end user experience
Set and communicate strategy for product language to support a unified product narrative
Document and share best practices
Build strong relationships for close collaboration product & project managers, marketers, engineers, and others
Constantly strive to have a consistent language experience throughout the teams and organization
Provide options or alternatives of your work while communicating pros/cons to each
Present your work to stakeholders and teammates with confidence and a growth mind-set
Support research with customers while bridging the gap between users and the team
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks of varying timelines, degrees of complexity and scope
Must haves:

University degree, with Business or IT degree.
Experience of enabling Suppliers and Catalogs on procurement platforms.
Knowledge of process-based/cross-process IT systems for the relevant functional area (SAP ERP is a must, profound experience implementing/working with one or several Purchase-to-Pay solutions is a must).
Very good understanding of how procurement applications are implemented and deployed.
5+ years of relevant procurement experience, delivering procurement solutions in transformational projects.
Understand business procure to pay processes (is a must).
Good communication skills to be able to interact with Suppliers (must have).
Project management skills in classic as well as agile ways of working.
Deep understanding of Integrations platforms and hands on experience with.cXML, X12, EDIFACT &.Hosted catalog and Punchout catalog
Demonstrated business improvement experience based on very good knowledge about Procurement business processes and the interdependencies to other business areas, interfaces as well as the master data framework.
Ability to work as part of a team, yet work independently on complex problems.
Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues and to describe the business requirements accordingly.
Proven capability in negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
A strong track record in ensuring the delivery of business benefits from projects.
Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to support global projects across time zones.
Business level fluency in English both written and verbal. German language skills preferred but not a must
