On behalf of our client, an established systems consultancy, we are looking for a 1st Level Support, to support the End Client IT Department. The focus is on Datacenter Technologies covering Networks, Servers, Storage, Back-up and the Virtualization Layer.
1st Level Support (m/f/d)

Reference: -en
Start: asap
Duration: 6 MM++

Main tasks:
  • Handle and log support calls
  • Perform initial diagnosis and solve standard enquiries
  • Assign ticket to 2nd and 3rd level support for escalated problems
  • Solve standard Windows Server enquiries (20016 & 2019)


Main qualifications
  • Solid experience in Support & Operation functions (1st and 2nd Level Support)
  • Windows Server experience (focus on Operations and Support)
  • Some knowledge of Virtualisation Layers (Microsoft Hyper-V ; preferably VMware)
  • Experience of various backup products (preferably Veeam technology)
  • Fluency in the German / English language


Main advantages:
