Beschreibung
Main role:• Provide local IT desktop support, including software and hardware related issues. VIP user support.
• Conference support. Acting as Producer on Live Event meetings.
Language skills:
• Advanced to Native French
• Fluent English
Technical skills:
• 5+ years experience in 2nd level Onsite IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 OS, O365, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint
• Experience in multinational company IT environment, Good knowledge about networks, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory. TCP/IP, PC Configuration, LAN architecture, email systems
• Experience with Conference support
• Experience with Asset management
• Ready for VIP Support – Ad-hoc requests / issues
