Agile Test Manager Edison Platform (m/f/d) - Jira / Confluence / ALM / Tricentis /Tosca / Cypress / Playwright / CSV Test ManagerRole:
We are looking for an Agile Test Manager to support the development of the EDISON (Enlightened Data Integration Solution) Platform, which addresses the root causes of low data quality by harmonizing, automating and integrating the process in which clinical biomarker data is acquired and integrated.
Areas of responsibility:
- Drive the move to an agile regulatory framework
- Create or support the creation of project-based documentation for computerized systems validation, particularly:
- Functional Risk Assessments
- Test Plan and Strategy (Test risk-based approach)
- Test Cases (SAT and UATs) creation / review
- Test Reports (including defects reporting)
- Responsible for reviewing (formally or informally) CSV specification documents to make sure all requirements are covered:
- Functional Specifications
- Technical / Design Specifications
- Configuration Document
- Traceability Matrix
- Lead and coordinate all testing activities as per defined Test Plan and Strategy:
- Plan and monitor SAT and UAT with testers and users
- Support and coordinates SAT and UAT, as required
- Review executed SAT and UAT
- Manage Defects and make sure they are closed on time
- Ensure requirements traceability
- Report on all testing activities to project team (including management), as required
- Support Development team and Quality while discussing CSV testing strategies and activities (e.g Release strategies in agile environment)
Professional, technical and personal requirements:
- About 7 years of experience in Computer System Validation in regulatory environments
- About 5 years of experience as a CSV Test Manager
- Extensive technical background (+10 years' experience in the Informatics/Information Management area) and Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience with automated testing (creation and reviewing of automated test cases) in tools such as Tricentis / Tosca and / or Cypress / Playwright
- Expert in ALM (ability to create queries and reports, and integration of ALM to other tools)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Flexible and able to work on several tasks in parallel
- Team player with very good communication skills Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Nice to haves:
- Experience of Pharma internal CSV guidelines and processes
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
