Software Engineer C# (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Develop the Device Abstraction subsystem of the Fitting Software, focusing on medical device performance
- Collect, review and refine requirements as required for design and implementation
- Create and maintain software design documents, user guides, interface descriptions, presentations, introduction documents
- Continuously ensure code quality and clean code, develop new functionalities, maintain and bug fix the code base, maintain an adequate test coverage
- Take on responsibility to sustain the functions of the application and proactively conduct root cause analysis
- Contribute to the continuous refinement / adaptation of design rules, development patterns, coding guidelines and best practices
Main qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline
- Long-term working experience with .NET C#
- Experience with SVN and Git is an advantage
- Good understanding of software design methodologies including OOA/OOD, UML
- Good understanding of software design principles (SOLID, clean code, design patterns)
- Good English skills in both verbal and written communication, good German skills are an advantage
