Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Agile Trainer and Coach, acting partly as Scrum Master wie folgt:

Hauptaufgaben
? As a trainer and coach make sure that all managers and all members of the client have a common, aligned understanding of the agile principles and use the agile practices in commonly agreed and commonly managed way
? Act as a trainer and coach for the present scrum masters and product owners and enable them to be themselves Agile Ambassadors
? Where needed take over max one role at a time as scrum master until the position is recruited or properly fitted
? Act as a sparring partner and expert in challenging organizational situations and support senior management to further develop and tailor the agile structures
? As an agile expert review and improve the quality of agile artefacts by training and coaching the involved persons

Anforderungen und Erfahrungen
? Experienced/proven agile trainer and coach, with relevant certifications in at least one framework for scaled agility
? Familiar with collaboration tools like JIRA

Persönlichkeit
? Excellent coach and good communicator

? Agiler Coach / Trainer ein Muss
? Scrum Master ein Muss

Sprachen
?Englisch sehr gut ein Muss
?Deutsch sehr gut ein Muss
