Beschreibung

One of the biggest health care company is in the need of a Professional Data Analyst. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.

General Information:

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 1 year

Extension: possible

Workload: 100%

Work location: Basel

Remote: max. 1 day per week under regular circumstances, currently 100% home office
Travel: 10%

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • E2E responsibility for product master data for assigned product families and ensure implementation is completed on time
  • Monitoring of product master data creation, change and retirement progress
  • Active participation in the different product and project related working groups with an impact on Global Product Data Management
  • Provide guidance and transparency to key customers and stakeholders
  • Perform product master data and Supply Chain analysis
  • Drive data compliance to decisions and standards by auditing accuracy, readiness and completeness
  • Gather Supply Chain users input for developing new "state of the art" Tools for Reporting and Analytics
  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between the technical data science resources and supply chain users for developing new Reporting tools

Additional tasks
  • Generation of KPIs and health indicators
  • Generation of team metrics and team reports on weekly/monthly basis
  • Coordination of product master data for launch or divestment products
  • SAP ERP or APO Super User
  • Execution of periodic data audits and analysis with Data Content Owners


Technical Skills
  • 5y+ years business experience in supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven knowledge of SAP/R3 (MM) or SAP/S4 Hana applications / SAP APO / SAP ERP
  • Expert knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel: Formulas/ Diagrams /Pivots)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics tools (E.g. but not limited to: BW, Tableau, Python, SAC)
  • Profound logistics knowledge (e.g. APICS certification)
  • Analytical Problem Solving - Ability to identify problems, define problem statement clearly and accurately and apply structured methodology to identify data-driven root causes. Innovative and effective in solution development, risk mitigation, and execution; able to synthesize large amounts of information
  • Self-motivated, proactive, well organized, flexible, customer-oriented team player with a high level of communication skills
  • Result driven with a flexible approach and able to navigate in a global environment
  • Fluent in oral and written English - other languages skills are a plus
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude - Perceives constant change and development as opportunity for the company, the process and him-/herself.
  • Eager to learn new tools
  • Ability to train users for Reporting and Analytics Tool
