For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager
Background:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Global Patient Partnership team as a contractor. This would be an opportunity to bring your talent and expertise to an amazing function.
Perfect Candidate:
The perfect candidate for this position has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a global fast-paced environment within pharma preferably. This person should be strong in slide preparation, external vendor management (previous customer facing role experience is a plus) and overall project management.
You live in Switzerland, perfect will be when you are from Basel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide business support and project management to support department head and project teams.
* Project coordination for internal and external events/meetings.
* Act as the operational support for various tasks, g-slide decks, 90 Day plans and operational guides.
* Facilitate meetings or act as the scrum master.
Must haves:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in a global environment (does not have to be as Project Manager title but NEEDS to have been on a project and demonstrated results)
* College Degree minimum (Business related studies)
* Proficiency in the Google Suite (Gmail, G-Slides, G-Drive etc.)*
Nice to Haves:
* Previous pharmaceutical experience
* Scrum Master or Project Management training / certification
* Experience working with external stakeholders, e.g. patient organizations is a plus.
