Cherwell Service Management Consultant

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Cherwell Service Management Consultant to join one of their clients, one of the UN agencies, based in Geneva.
Role responsibilities:-
The consultant will review and make proposals to the product owner based on their expertise. They will liaise directly with the Cherwell team and stakeholders as required to better understand the requirements and objectives of the activities.
The consultant will work with the Cherwell development team to review the technical implementation and deployment procedure and provide iterative feedback in an agile-type manner to ensure the desired outcome can be realised.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have experience in the following:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business or related discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Cherwell Consultant with 5+ years' experience of designing, configuring, developing, administering Cherwell Service management
- proof of having attended relevant Cherwell training courses
- At least 3 years of experience with complex Cherwell customizations.
- Expert knowledge of Cherwell best practices
- Ability to assess technical solutions, propose alternatives, carryout the development, initial testing and assist with the implementation
- Good communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English
