realTime Recruitment is looking for a Telephony Support Engineer for one of my clients for a 6- 9 month daily rate contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining & administering day to day Telephony Operations
- Keeping Telephony services available
- Supporting their current Infrastructure
- Supporting current clients and users based all around the country
- Meeting SLA for incident requests
- Troubleshooting
- Patching
- Mobile device management
Skills required:
- Aspect ACD
- Alcatel OmniPCX
- Verint v11
- IP Telephony experience is a bonus
