ServiceNow CSM Solution Architect
Whitehall Resources is currently looking for a ServiceNow CSM Solution Architect for one of our clients located in the Brussels Area, Belgium
Core knowledge needed:
*Minimum of 6+ year experience with ServiceNow
*Minimum of 2+ year experience in CMDB modelling and onboarding strategy within ServiceNow
*Minimum of 2+ year experience with ServiceNow CSM
*Experience in Telcom industry to understand the requirements.
*Minimum of 8+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization
*ServiceNow certified implementation certifications are plus
*ITIL v3 certification a plus
*Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP with higher security authentications like mutual auth, JWT
*Experience working in setting up multiple SSO like ADFS, third party service provider
*Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB

Duration: 6 months + extension
Language: English, Dutch or French preferred
