Cherwell Consultant with 5+ years' experience of designing, configuring, developing, administering Cherwell Service management
Expert knowledge of Cherwell best practices
Ability to assess technical solutions, propose alternatives, carryout the development, initial testing and assist with the implementation
Good communication skills
Education
a. University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business or related discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience.
b. Certifications such as those listed below are desirable:

User Experience Certifications Web Page Design Certifications
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in regulated industries working in the areas of Cherwell Service Management, IT and Enterprise Service Management for medium to large organizations.
- At least 3 years of experience with complex Cherwell customizations.
- The Cherwell Certified Professional Engineer Associate (CCPEA) and Cherwell Certified Professional Engineer (CCPE) or any equivalent Cherwell Engineer certifications will be an advantage.
- The Cherwell Certified Professional Administrator (CCPA) and Cherwell Certified Professional Designer (CCPD) certifications are desirable.
- As these certifications were only available from last year proof of having attended relevant Cherwell training courses together with length of experience will be considered.
- Web page design for self-service portals is desirable.
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English. Knowledge of other UN official languages, particularly French.
