My Client a leading Pharmacutical company based in Belgium requires a DFata Engineer.
Description:
The Zeus 2.0 program addresses the evolving challenges the company is facing in the management and exploitation of Scientific data in an era of increasing data volumes, data types, tests complexity and new methods of data exploitation. In that context, we initiated in April 2019 the replacement the current ageing oracle data management platform by new solution to store, process and analyze Research department experiments data.
For the Data self-servicing project, (sub track of the Zeus 2.0 program) aiming to increase end users autonomy and flexibility in their data exploration and decrease the time needed to prepare them (using MemSQL technology), the company is looking for a Spotfire expert with a Scientific background able to help in the transition of the current project guides used in the Research department to the new way of collecting data.
This person would be able to:
Assist Spotfire IT system owner in the business requirements collection (together with end users)
Analyze requirements and deliver a (robust/perennial) solution design
Define a transition strategy and help in the transition execution (active/not active project guides)
Help to build a generic solution
Synchronize with Zeus project manager to ensure program goals are satisfied
Must haves:
- Deep knowledge of Spotfire
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts
- Scientific background
- Written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
- Open minded
- Any experience in change management is a plus.
