Sourcing Manager Human Capital (m/f) - operational procurement / human resources / knowledge of Temp Labor market / English / GermanRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Region Zug we are looking for a Sourcing Manager Human Capital, with knowledge of verification and validation of the Temp Labor market, latest trends and regulations in Switzerland.
As the Sourcing Manager Human Capital - Temp Labor, you are part of Global Procurement in the Region Europe organization. You will be providing day-to-day procurement sourcing activities, business-led buying activities and collaboration with our Managed Service Provider to ensure the maximum possible Procurement impact.
As the Sourcing Manager Human Capital - Temp Labor you are a member of the regional sourcing team for Europe.
You are responsible for ensuring all operational Temp Labor sourcing requests are executed in line with the category buying guides and content, and in compliance with relevant policies, standards, guidelines, and operating procedures, including preferred supplier arrangements and contracts. The Sourcing Manager works with Procurement, Business stakeholders and our Managed Service Provider for Temp Labor to understand requirements and execute the relevant tasks by applying appropriate methodologies and tools.
Areas of responsibility:
- Support the Sourcing Manger and Program Lead Temp Labor Basel with process improvements and in projects
- Perform operational sourcing activities by executing operational sourcing requests within the region or large site ensuring a focus on efficiency and the quality of customer service
- Understand end user requirements and leverage the applicable category buying guides and sourcing knowledge to determine the best method for driving value in meeting the requirement
- Responsible for maintaining strong information flows back to the global Category team for opportunities to aggregate demand and generate additional leverage
- Support the implementation of new processes, policies, and technologies
- Ensure that Procurement operational targets and metrics on customer service are delivered. Track and monitor these metrics where required
Professional, technical and personal requirements:
- University degree, with business related degree preferable
- Business level fluency in English as well as primary business language of the site (German)
- At least 3 years operational procurement or sales experience in a Temp Labor agency or human resources experience
- Deep knowledge of the Temp Labor market, latest trends and regulations in Switzerland
- Good communication skills and demonstrated understanding of translating business requirements into procurement specifications with customer service in mind
We will highly value if you additionally bring:
- An innovative mind-set and an appetite for change
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass
- Experience in basic contracting
- Experience or demonstrated understanding in supporting cost reduction and value improvement programs
- Professional purchasing (e.g. CIPS, ISM)
