We are supporting the IT-organization and IT-projects of our customers with qualified personnel, at the right time and with the appropriate amount of skilled resources.For one of our customers, a major pharmaceutical company, we are urgently looking for an experienced:
Application Engineer (prof.) MM / SD modules – 30 %

Description:
• Is responsible for training if required to ensure understanding and compliance with
the Incident and Problem Management processes
• Ensures that the services being provided are in compliance with the Incident and
Problem Management processes.
• Monitors Incident and Problem Management performance and produce reports of
metrics. Emergencies should be escalated to the appropriate parties as necessary.
• Acts as the initial point of escalation for incident, problem
• Routinely monitors outstanding incident tickets. Follows up as required to ensure
customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Builds and maintains good working relationships with the Business Representative
and the client business base.
• Monitors customer satisfaction
• Is responsible for training if required to ensure understanding and compliance with
the Change Control and Release Management Procedures and processes.
• Ensures changes are implemented according to the agreed Change Control Procedure
with Validation, as required.
• Ensures changes are properly administered according to the agreed Change Control
processes with the Business Representative (e.g. BOM), BSMs and the IM’s.
• Liaises with the Validation Consultant to ensure that Validation considerations are
adequately represented
• Maintains and publishes the forward schedule of change (in conjunction with the
Informatics Project Manager (IPM) for release work)
• Liaises with IPM to monitor progress of approved changes and to ensure an appropriate
release management strategy.
• Is accountable for roll-out of new services or enhancement to existing services.
Requirements:
• MM ( P2P and Inventory Management ) minimum with skill Intermediate
• SD module is an advantage.
• English (advance level)
• Able to work with virtual Teams
