A Swiss Insurance Company is looking for a Junior Programme Management Officer.Tasks:
In this project you take over the maintenance of the programme’s key documents.
You are responsible for the internal communication (i.e. e-mails to programme staff) and organization of internal events and meetings.
You support the onboarding of the external resources.
You manage the Programme Head’ calendar/agenda.
Travel assistance for Programme Head and his direct reports (occasionally)
You make the invoice processing (my Spend).
With increasing experience, the role can be enriched with:
Change Management execution (i.e. Implement communication and training measures as defined by Change Management Team).
Project Methodology communication and trainings.
SharePoint structure & authorization concept.
Requirements:
You have experience in Project Management or Project Management Office.
Experience in Event Management and / or Communications is an advantage.
Experience as Personal Assistant is an advantage.You are fluent in English and German.
Soft Skills:
You have a high service orientation.
You have natural attention to detail and enjoy doing repetitive day-to-day tasks while at the same time be ready to cope with ad-hoc requests.
You are able to take an end-to-end perspective on the client's need (understand the full need).
