Ink Search are working with a highly prestigious, global, financial services client with impressive offices based in Central Dublin, Ireland. Due to recent merger activity and increased demand on IT our client have an urgent vacancy for a Lead DevOps/Automation Engineer. The successful candidate will take ownership of the definition and delivery of an Azure orientated DevOps environment and the Automation of various release and integration processes using PowerShell across key departments within the firm. The successful candidate will own and lead the introduction of Automated application release management as well as business process automation. You will be a keen technologist with deep experience of hands on Azure, PowerShell and PowerShell DSC. You will have strong experience of PowerShell Scripting for both business process automation and application release processes and familiarity with release/DevOps type technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft TFS, Octopus Deploy, JIRA etc. This is a fantastic, long term contract with huge amounts of greenfield work and the opportunity to add real value to the business. You will join a team of talented people and be well compensated for your input. The role is based from home whilst we navigate COVID-19 but once safe to travel, the role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
