Local COLO communicate (such as monthly maintenance meeting organisation, common daily tasks) Daily indoor power supply circumstance management (such as compartment check data analysis) Local facility maintenance management (local maintenance progress check, onsite data collection, eg thermal scanning)
Update management/update plan initial review/update suggestion and schedule coordination/pervision and risk management of update operation
Electricity capacity management/onsite cooling capacity management/Capacity risk management of the system of COLO supplier (if included by MSA/SLA)
Emergency response/quick onsite estimation/build onsite information channels, provide technical information quickly
Support facility management and implementation of new or expansion projects
